We are looking for a detailoriented and people focused HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support various HR functions including onboarding benefits administration compliance and employee relations.The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS systems preferably Paylocity and a strong understanding of HR best practices.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Onboarding employees; offboarding; exit interviews.
  • Oversee daytoday HR operations.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Execute and assist with audits.
  • Compile census data for benefit administration.
  • Support various adhoc projects and assist with managing department costs.
  • Utilize workplace technology (Gmail Google Calendar Paylocity Asana) to streamline HR processes and communications.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough objective investigations and appropriate interventions.
  • Provide daytoday guidance to managers on coaching counseling career development and progressive disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Implement and guide performance improvement plans while ensuring timely completion of performance reviews.

Compliance Payroll & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with federal state and local labor laws reducing legal risks through proactive compliance.
  • Assist with payrollrelated matters including timeoff tracking and employee reimbursements as needed. (Payroll experience is preferred but not required.
  • Maintain and update HR policies employee handbooks and procedures to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain the HR information system (Paylocity) and generate reports for critical HR analyses.

Training & Development

  • Develop and execute onboarding training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Identify training needs for GMs and individual executive coaching opportunities.
  • Evaluate and monitor the success of training programs ensuring objectives are met and improvements are implemented.

Strategic HR Consultation & Leadership Support

  • Consult with KeyGlee management at all levels providing HR guidance on employee relations performance management and workforce planning.
  • Partner with executive leadership the legal department and the Controller to ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate legal risks.
  • Provide input on business unit restructures workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Research and deliver training for leadership on retention conflict resolution performance management and coaching techniques.

Culture Engagement & Employee Support

  • Promote and execute programs that enhance employee engagement retention and a positive workplace culture.
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization and act as a problem solver for peoplerelated issues.
  • Facilitate employee resources address concerns and provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Business awareness and solid understanding of workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality tact professionalism and integrity.
  • Thrive under pressure and comfortable with deadlines.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Handson experience with HRIS platforms particularly Paylocity.
  • Proficient in Google Suite is a plus.
  • HR certification (PHR SHRM) is a plus.
  • Payroll experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

  • MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
