We are looking for a talented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to help us streamline our financial processes and drive operational efficiency.

What Youll Do:
As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist youll be at the heart of our financial operations. Youll oversee accounts payable and expense processes including invoice processing vendor management payment processing and expense reimbursement. Youll identify opportunities to streamline workflows optimize efficiency and enhance controls. Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries will be a key part of your role. Youll also develop prepare and analyze management reports to ensure the accuracy of financial data quality of presentation and compliance with standards and regulations. Additionally youll implement and monitor process management indicators and participate in the continuous improvement of AP and expense processes implementing best practices and efficiencies. Providing training and support to team members on AP and expenserelated tasks as needed will also be part of your responsibilities.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts receivable or an equivalent financial position
• Comprehensive understanding of the payables and expense processes insurance billing and collections
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire team members
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team or project management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional organizational and detailoriented skills with adeptness in multitasking and prioritizing
