Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Keystone Health is excited to welcome a fulltime LPN to our dynamic team at our Womens Care Practice! As a growing Community Health Center we are dedicated to enhancing the wellness of our community.

We welcome new LPN graduates to apply!

Position Details:

• Fulltime 40 hours per week)
• Four 10hour shifts per week
• No weekends or holidays
• This position will collaborate with a team of midwives OB/GYN doctors and nurse practitioners

Responsibilities:

• Chart preparations and room patients
• Collect samples interpret pointofcare tests
• Assist with procedures
• Provide support to other nurses as required
• Patient education and outreach/ phone calls
• Multitask efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications:

• Current PA LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Spanishspeaking skills are a plus but not required
