Job Description:

We are looking for an Electrician to join our centralized panel build team. This individual should provide insight into best practices and lean manufacturing principles to streamline the panel build process have knowledge of applicable electrical standards and work to specified print standards. This individual will also be collaborating closely with lead electricians and CAD engineers from various business units to allow a smooth handoff and assist with mentoring other panel build team members.

Location Type:
This is an onsite position located in Holland MI.

How Youll Make an Impact:
Assemble equipment according to approved design and customer specifications.
Effectively and safely: Troubleshoot wiring and circuits; wire according to NEC; read and understand schematics.
Ensure that changes and problems get documented and communicated.
Assist with the of ISO/Quality Standards.
Communicate with the project team on open issues and progress during the build process.
Assist with the successful of assigned programs as they relate to cost quality timing and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of electrical experience preferred.
Experience can include electrical work within construction residential commercial or manufacturing industries.
Related vocational education or Journeymans card preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation; panel building; machine wiring; troubleshooting.
Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
Ability to obtain a HiLo (forklift) aerial platform and overhead crane license along with lockout tagout training while employed at JR.
Ability to provide own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job (a list of those recommended will be provided).
