TPF Recruitment is proud to be representing awellestablished and highly respected local accountancy firm in their searchfor a talented and motivated Personal Tax SemiSenior to join their team. Thisis an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to advance theircareer in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Preparing personal tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients including individuals sole traders and highnetworth individuals.
- Assisting with the review of junior staffs work providing guidance and mentorship where necessary.
- Managing your own portfolio of clients ensuring deadlines are met and highquality service is delivered.
- Liaising with clients and HMRC to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
- Supporting tax planning initiatives and identifying opportunities for tax savings.
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and sharing knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Experience working within a personal tax role in an accountancy practice.
- Ideally studying towards or holding ATT qualifications (CTA qualification support may be provided).
- Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and a keen eye for detail.
