The Sales Assistant contributes to the overall success of the NREIG Sales team by providing worldclass administrative service. Essential Functions - Prepare correspondence documents reports and official records for the team.
- Communicate with internal associates leadership and external clients as needed.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Promptly answer calls and respond to emails.
- Assist with and/or manage (when needed) team projects.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications - High School diploma required bachelors degree preferred.
- P&C License or the ability to acquire strongly encouraged.
- At least one year experience in a P&C agency or environment.
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn new and proprietary computer program/systems is a must.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fastpaced environment
- Flexibility to move from project to project easily.
- Above average skills in email and phone etiquette.
