Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and manage a team of trainers.
- Design and implement outcomebased training programs.
- Conduct trainer observations feedback sessions and development workshops.
- Align training initiatives with business and client requirements.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high training standards.
- Oversee training administration including scheduling reporting and compliance.
- Support the Training Manager in strategic planning and of training interventions.
Requirements- Proven experience in training and development within a BPO or contact centre environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience in managing trainers.
- Ability to design develop and implement training materials and programs.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Ability to work night shifts as required.
