A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Critical Care Float Pool! In this role you will float between various critical care units based on staffing needs including ICU PCU etc. This is an exciting opportunity to use and expand your diverse clinical skillset and join a growing compassionate team that promotes an inclusive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients needs.
- Document care provided and the patients progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medication to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- 1 years of acute care nursing experience is required.
Additional info:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Schedule: 3x12 7p7a
- Compensation: $38.5055/hr. base depending on experience 30 base pay float pool differential $5/hr. night differential!
