- You: will be the Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health Madison WI
- You: get to share your vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care

- Be highly compensated (salary commissions and bonuses!
- Be responsible for the overall performance and operation of a clinic composed of approximately 1012 professional outpatient therapists
- Be able to build a team hire and recruit fantastic unique and funloving clinicians
- Manage clinic performance and client satisfaction; providing training and ongoing developmental support; meeting fiscal goals; marketing clinical services and building community partnerships and referrals as well as maintaining a reasonable client caseload.
- Clinic Director works closely with local Franchisee
- All clinic therapists for this clinic will report to you as the Clinic Director
- Candidates must live in or around the Madison WI area
- Independently licensed with a dual MNWI or Wisconsinissued clinical practice license (e.g. LCSW LMFT LPC LP)
- Masters Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Strong leadership problemsolving and executive skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles practices and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
