Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Las Vegas NV Hybrid schedule with 2 days/week onsite
Type: Contract with possibility of fulltime hire
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our clients collaborative team. We are looking for someone who can quickly integrate and contribute. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fastpaced productfocused environment supporting various gaming applications products and marketing initiatives.
Your role:
- Gather analyze and document project requirements including charters and business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Work primarily in a Waterfall environment with some Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with a Project Manager and multiple stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
- Develop process flows diagrams and use case diagrams to illustrate workflows and system integrations.
- Utilize Visio Azure DevOps and other tools to support solution implementation.
- Engage with networking compliance and product teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Support rollout and handoff processes for new system implementations.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Key Technologies & Project Areas:
- Gaming & Marketing Projects: Table games marketing promotions loyalty programs.
- Technical Tools: Salesforce MuleSoft Oasis slot system Opera system modifications/replacement.
- Project Scope: System upgrades test plan and integrationheavy projects.
- Stakeholders: External vendors business users and internal teams.
What youve got:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Expertise in requirement gathering system integration and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Visio Microsoft Suite and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide detailed actionable insights.
- Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not required.
