Board members will be required to submit to a drug screen (negative results) and criminal background check prior to the start of their term. No person convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. The Background check must also meet Sacred Circle Healthcares employment criteria.
Upon appointment to the Board of Directors and before participating in any meeting related thereto all BOD Members shall be required to sign a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA).
Must have a basic understanding of federally recognized Indian Tribes and the provision of healthcare services in Indian Country. Preferably an understanding of the provision of healthcare services in Indian Country pursuant to an Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act Public Law 03638 contract.
Current Open Seats:
Currently there are three 3 BOD Members seats open.
The first open seat is specifically reserved for any enrolled CTGR tribal member that has healthcare experience or other appropriate experience as determined by the CTGR business Council.
The second of the three open seats are specifically reserved for any person with background and expertise in the following area: Business Operations.
The third of the three open seats are specifically reserved for any person with background and expertise in the following area: Finance and/or Accounting
