Job Description

Halifax Elementary School is seeking a passionate Principal to lead our vibrant K8 school community. Nestled in the scenic hills of southern Vermont our school offers an ideal location with easy access to outdoor recreation and the rich academic resources of Western Massachusetts Five College Area. We are looking for a dynamic forwardthinking leader who is eager to build upon Halifax Elementarys strong foundation and drive student achievement to new heights. Come work with topnotch teachers in a school that values collaboration innovation and student success.With approximately 80 thriving students Halifax Elementary provides small class sizes dedicated educators and a positive school culture where students are engaged respectful and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader committed to academic excellence and fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment.The Principal will be wellsupported by a regional central office with weekly visits from the Superintendent Special Education Director Curriculum Coordinator and Operations Manager. Vermont Principal License We will support the right candidate in obtaining licensure while employed.
