Job Description

GUARANTEED HOURLY RATE OF $33/HOUR AND ABOVE UNION INCENTIVE SCALE!40HOUR WEEK WITH NO WEEKENDS! SIGNON BONUS AND YEARSOFSERVICE BONUS ADDED!*

Description of the role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stellantis/Chrysler Technician to join our team at Jeff Belzer Auto Group in Lakeville Minnesota. As a Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes AC etc. to manufacturer specifications. You will also provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs and ensure a prominent level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to manufacturer specifications
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs including fluid changes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Master or Journeyman Technician (preferred)
  • Level 2 & 3 Certifications (a plus but not required)
  • Diesel Engine experience (a plus but not required)
  • Postsecondary education in automotive repair (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with a Team Player mentality
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
  • Valid Drivers License (required)
  • ASE Certification (preferred)
