Skills and Responsibilities
BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical Civil or General)
12 years of progressive engineering experience (Preferred) Project Management
Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
Computer Assisted Design/Geographic Information System basic proficiency MS Office
advanced proficiency
