Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Director of the Sensitive Patient Exam Commitment (SPEC) Program facilitates student specialty exams. In addition the Director oversees a diverse group of teaching instructors in order to contribute to LECOMs standard of excellence.

CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are a list of exercises that may be required as a member of the staff from time to time:

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate with or without reasonable accommodations that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to: minimum of a Masters degree with three to five 35 years experience in a related field required. Doctorate R.N. or N.P. degree preferred. OB/GYN or family medicine background and experience with gynecologic and male genital examinations. Successful candidate must possess efficient and effective verbal and written communication skills multitask and problem solve to properly support and promote the mission of LECOM.
