Job Description
- Performs exceptional massages and body treatments through a variety of modalities
- Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
- Educates guests on the benefits of the service performed and recommend retail products
- Consistently increases guest retention by building relationships and by increasing prebookings
- Greets guests in a timely and friendly fashion and ensures guests are comfortable throughout their Woodhouse experience
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations
- Stays up to date on various techniques and services via classes and seminars
- 35 years of Massage Therapy experience preferred
- Strong professional presentation technical ability and relationship building skills
- Must have appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License
- Must be able to work days evenings weekends and holidays
