Job Description
Position Type: Hybrid
Schedule: Onsite one week per month 40 hours per week)
Work Authorization: W2 only (contract to hire)
Duration: 5 years
Position Overview: The Senior Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role demands a seniorlevel professional who can execute independently with minimal guidance and is flexible enough to handle various project tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
- Lead and support the development configuration and implementation of technical solutions ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Assist in the software development life cycle (SDLC) including planning testing and deployment phases.
- Work closely with QA teams to define and execute test plans ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Contribute to risk management by identifying assessing and mitigating project risks.
- Provide input and support for continuous process improvements ensuring efficiency and accuracy in project .
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to policies procedures and technical systems.
- At times take on additional responsibilities such as QA support or assisting with risk management efforts based on project needs.
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst with a strong focus on technical analysis in the insurance or medical sector.
- Prior experience with system implementation (configuration development SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and execute projects independently with minimal supervision making sound decisions in complex situations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex requirements and processes into actionable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working with insurance or medical platforms policies and industryspecific regulations.
- Solid understanding of Mcare policies is preferred.
