Job Description
A reputable hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Senior Behavioral Health Unit. In this role you will provide professional nursing care to geriatric patients including assessment treatment care planning and medical care evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a 24bed unit.
- Obtain and document health history vital signs and health risk factors.
- Administer medications monitor and document treatment progress and patient response.
- Educate patients and families about health status maintenance and care after discharge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
- Maintain and review patient records charts and other pertinent information.
Qualifications:
- An ADN is required and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 1 years of nursing experience is preferred.
Additional info:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Two shifts available; 7a7p and 7p7a
- No oncall responsibility!
- Pay $3547/hr. depending on experience differentials.
