Our Analytical Chemistry division specializes in stateoftheart measuring instruments that are recognized for their marketleading quality. As part of our team we develop the hardware and firmware for these devices. We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Electronics Developer (open to all genders) to join us with a workload ranging from 80 to 100.
In this position your duties will include:
Developing digital and analog electronics along with firmware closely integrated with hardware for laboratory equipment.
Leading the development of specifications conducting component evaluations designing circuits and running simulations including cable creation and EMC measurement.
Managing Lifecycle Management for Electronics: optimizing and supporting products throughout their lifecycle.
Creating prototypes validating electronic assemblies and overseeing device commissioning.
Engaging actively in innovation projects from initial concept to design validation and industrialization collaborating with crossfunctional specialists.
Assuming responsibility for subproject management of electronics including coordinating internal and external partners.
Requirements
A completed degree (FH ETH) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Preferably significant handson industry experience in developing electronic mixedsignal assemblies.
Proficiency in PCB design using a common ECAD system (such as Mentor Graphics).
Expertise in lowlevel programming (Firmware in C for microcontrollers e.g. STM32.
Advantageous to have experience in analog electronics development and electronics simulation.
Ideally the candidate should possess broad technical knowledge in hardware measurement technology certifications (EMC Safety) industrialization and EMCcompliant circuit design for industrial settings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently responsibly and with a structured approach.
Proficiency in German for negotiation purposes along with excellent English skills.
