In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the residential general contracting industry. This position will be responsible for leading and managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term for my client. This role must be worked onsite.
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- 10 years of experience in residential project management
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and suppliers
- Able to analyze blueprints and other documentation
