Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Lead to oversee the technology operations of our European offices. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth clean operations tracking regional issues and implementing appropriate escalations to both local and international management. The successful candidate will manage the technology infrastructure lead a supportbased local technology team and ensure the seamless operation of remote offices. Expertise in network management Audio Visual (AV) systems and cloud technologies is essential. The role is based in London where our largest European office resides.
Additional responsibilities include:
London Office Operations:
Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the London offices technology infrastructure.
Track and manage regional IT issues providing timely resolutions and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Implement and manage an effective escalation process to address issues that require attention from local or international management.
Coordinate closely with global IT teams to align with international standards and practices ensuring consistency across all offices.
Office Setup and Maintenance:
Lead the setup and maintenance of remote offices across Europe.
Ensure all remote offices are equipped with the necessary technology infrastructure and support systems.
Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a primarily supportbased local technology team.
Provide mentorship and training to enhance team capabilities and ensure high levels of performance.
Foster a collaborative and customerfocused team culture.
Technology Support:
Provide senior technical support to employees ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
Monitor and manage IT assets ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
Network Management:
Oversee the EMEA operations of the firms network infrastructure.
Ensure network security reliability and performance across all locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve networkrelated issues promptly.
Audio Visual (AV) Systems:
Manage and support AV systems in conference rooms and meeting spaces.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of AV equipment for presentations video conferencing and other corporate events.
Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
Cloud Technologies:
Oversee the adoption and management of cloudbased solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure secure and efficient use of cloud services for data storage applications and collaboration tools.
Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment with the firms cloud strategy.
Qualifications
PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition qualified candidates will possess the following:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 10 15 years of experience in a technology leadership role with a focus on support and infrastructure management.
Proven experience in opening and maintaining remote offices.
Strong knowledge of network management AV systems and cloud technologies.
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
