Position Overview:
Findlay Lincoln is looking for a driven and customerfocused BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and nurturing customer relationships through effective communication coordinating sales activities and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills a strong understanding of the automotive industry a professional attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through phone email and other communication channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries providing accurate information on vehicle inventory pricing promotions and dealership services.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and following up on lead
Schedule and confirm customer appointments coordinating with sales representatives as needed.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote dealership and provide relevant information about vehicles.
Manage and update customer information accurately in the dealerships CRM system.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities schedule test drives and support sales activities.
Stay informed on current automotive industry trends vehicle models and dealership promotions to provide customers with accurate and uptodate information.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
Experience as a BDC Representative Customer Service Representative or Sales Coordinator in the automotive industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of customer inquiries and appointments.
Proficient computer skills including experience with CRM systems.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Automotive knowledge including familiarity with vehicle features specifications.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers while delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively promote the dealership.
Professional appearance and demeanor with strong time management and punctuality.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
