Under the directionof the Partners eCare(PeC) Revenue Control Project Manager for McLean theanalyst is responsible for achieving key objectives in the Epic/ PeC planningand implementation process for McLean. The project is extremely large inscale will cover multiple disciplines and departments and require a senioranalyst who can work independently collaborate with multiple disciplinesdefine objectives within the context of the larger PeC conversion plan performand document detailed analysis and facilitate project teams towards buildingconsensus on how best to achieve project objectives. The projectwill span defined work areas of the hospital and could include inpatientresidential/partial programs and outpatient levels of care in the followingareas: Patient Registration/Admission Scheduling Charge GenerationHospital and Professional Billing Financial Analytics and administrativefunctions.
Responsibilitiesinclude working with McLean & PeC teams business stakeholders and IStechnical staff to understand project scope plan and execute project plansidentify/document/communicate business process and facilitate resources.Assist in the implementation of the project and assist business owners withoutcomes analysis.
Thisposition is focused on Organization Readiness. The person who fills thisposition will be focused on building relationships with business andadministrative stakeholders planning organizing and facilitatingmultidisciplinary meetings and working to ensure departments and care unitsare organized to successfully participate in pre to post go liveactivities.
S/hewill represent the McLean PeC project in meetings as necessary.
Thisrole will be needed through McLeans go live with PeC in March of 2017 andconclude shortly thereafter.
Work tocultivate strong positive relationships with financial and administrativedepartments as well as Partners PeC team and McLean IS team members.
For defined projectcomponent develop goals objectives approach and scope in collaboration withthe McLean financial and operational team through negotiation and diplomacythat result in a welldefined well sponsored well executed project.
Turn work aroundefficiently understanding tight timelines are the norm. Areas of focuswill include:
Develop strategies andsolutions that comply with McLean standards policies practices and strategicdirections.
Primarily function asan autonomous analytical expert but recognize when the involvement of seniormanagement and the appropriate leadership at MCLEAN is required.
Plan manage andoversee project in an organized transparent and thorough fashion:
Provide ongoingclear accurate project status reports to internal project management and usergroups define resourcecommitments necessary to appropriately implement assigned projectcomponents. Work with project Manager to ensure alignment...Provideprojectspecific direction and guidance to project team members to facilitatetimely and quality results. Monitor quality of work performed by team membersthroughout the project lifecycle.
Establish and create apositive project team environment through leadership and mentoring.Collaborate with our team of dedicated and enthusiastic workers.
Provide qualitycustomer service and serve as an exemplary representative of McLeans PeCproject. Ongoing communication feedback and followthrough withcustomers and hospital management are essential. Understand that thisprocess is a huge transition for most McLean employees and requires exceptionalcustomer service and emotional intelligence.
