Laboratory Generalist needed to join the team. Performs a variety of laboratory tests and reports data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. The medical laboratory technologist may perform laboratory procedures across the major areas of the laboratory or concentrate activity in one area.
- Chemistry has the Roche Cobas automation line with DI middleware.
- Hematology has Sysmex line with Molis middleware Urinalysis has an Iris Coagulation has the IL TOPS.
Completion of a Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology or related science from an accredited school. Meets the requirements and qualifies as a technologist under CFR 493.1433 CLIA laboratory regulations published MarchFR 9538. National certification eligible by NCA ASCP or HEW. Sufficient previous experience in all areas of the laboratory with supervisory and teaching capabilities if assigned as charge / teaching technologist.
