Keysight Marketing is hiring a business analyst lead who will own and drive all aspects of data insights for portfolio marketing (marketing campaigns PR brand and gotomarket programs). You will be responsible for examining the marketing metrics and data sets providing meaningful insights to our campaign and executive teams and making recommendations based off of your insights that will influence the marketing strategy.

Want to work on the future of data science and machine learning at Keysight Technologies As we develop new measurement technology hardware and software solutions we inevitably generate a lot of data. Our PathWave Measurement Analytics (PMA) enables engineers of the 21st century to focus on design and test not timeconsuming data analysis. This tool will interface with other Keysight software to provide great visualization of the data that may provide additional insights with machine learning (ML) algorithms. In this leadership role you will architect those interfaces and drive our future vision of Keysight PathWave Measurement Analytics to solve the test & measurement challenge in customers workflow. In leading the design development testing and deployment of PMA you will get to leverage a wide technology stack ranging from AWS cloud solutions to Python to Angular. Furthermore youll get to work across company division boundaries aligning with internal technical partners for knowledge sharing and cohesive gotomarket strategy. Key responsibility and workflow will include:
Work with product management to capture requirements from customers and internal partners.
Create and scope user stories and comanage the priority with product owner.
Communicate with the Keysight Labs technology development teams to both leverage and influence whats possible with PMA.
Advocate for PMA both internally and externally attending customer visits and trade shows.
Constantly monitor the latest technologic trend for big data machine learning and cloud to equip PMA with the leadingedge algorithms architecture and software interface.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree with STEM major
7 years experience in web application and GUI design
3 years of experience in a leadership/architect role
Solid background in statistics
Well versed in Python JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular
Worked successfully in dynamic environment
Experience in Big Data ML Docker package deployment Agile software development process GIT and Jenkins
Proven track record of product release on schedule
Ability to interact and communicate with various levels in the organization from individual contributor to senior managers.
Strong communicator able to convey complex ideas in a clear concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions.
Effective at building relationships collaborating and influencing others.
M.A.Scin EE/CS with test measurement industry experience is a plus.

Position can be based in Santa Clara CA Santa Rosa CA or any major Keysight site in the US
