Collections Associate
Join Our Team as a Delinquency Management Analyst! (Fully Remote)
Are you a detailoriented professional with a knack for problemsolving and building relationships Were hiring aDelinquency Management Analystfor afulltime fully remote position. This is anhourly rolepaying$21$26/hour with biweekly paychecks.
Purpose of the Role:
Your mission is to manage delinquent accounts by investigating causes of delinquency creating tailored collection strategies and taking action to minimize losses and maximize collateral.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Running weekly aging reports and analyzing account balances.
- Calculating expected returns based on policy details.
- Developing strategies for resolving delinquent accounts via email phone and mail.
- Preparing demand letters and maintaining accurate account documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients vendors and partners.
What You Should Know:
- This is aworkfromhomerole! Youll need to provide your own equipment compatible withWindows 11(equipment is not supplied).
- Schedule is Monday Friday 8AM 5PM PST. This is a full time role.
- Were looking for candidates familiar withbasic collection principlesand proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; a 2year college degree is preferred.
- Experience: 03 years of related experience. Prior experience in premium finance and/or personal and commercial insurance is preferred.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with basic collection procedures and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook etc..
- Strong communication skills (clear professional and grammatically correct).
- Attention to detail and ability to document account notes effectively.
- Problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Requirements: Must provide your own equipment compatible with Windows 11.
