Job Description
Ready to Lead HighImpact Transportation Projects as a Construction Project Manager
This role involves collaborating with the Director of Construction Administration to support project solicitations and manage construction technicians. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading WisDOT projects with duties including overseeing construction activities conducting material tests and handling project documentation. Effective communication with team members engineers and contractors is essential for addressing potential issues before they impact construction. Offseason responsibilities will include assisting with project design and management tasks.
Required qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree 510 years of relevant experience proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office and the ability to pass background checks. Professional Engineering license is highly desired but not required with relevant experience.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee and manage transportationrelated construction projects
Perform site observation staking testing and documentation tasks
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all levels
Work closely with agencies clients and various professionals
Prepare construction cost estimates and project specifications

Qualifications
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering
- 510 years of experience. PE lisc desired but not required if experienced.
