Job Description

Special treatment/needs: Key is that there is the Role User who acts on the transaction and any Comments that are made along the Submit and Approval path a single Comment per Role Name/Role User (if entered). No duplicates of Comments. Also a counter field will be displayed that will show a value of 1 since EDCs have one EFFDT (to balance the columns to coincide with RPO see below). New Total Dist column this would total the number of rows distribution on the EDC. NIH Cap column Y/N field with the logic that if the transaction has an EE with an 070 fund on the distribution AND whose Annual Rate is greater than the NIH Sal Cap (based on the effdt of trans) mark the field Y.
