Job Description
BA inpsychology counseling social work or related field required masters stronglypreferred.
Minimum5Years progressively more responsible experience in a research relatedfield. Prior supervisory experiencerequired. 35 years of experienceperforming clinical diagnostic interviews and/or psychiatric assessments.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Functioningas clinical collaborator to an active interdisciplinary research team and underthe very general direction of the PI the Clinical Interviewer performshighlevel clinical and psychodiagnostic evaluations using structuredinterviews and behavioral report. TheClinical Interviewer is responsible for characterizing study participants forbehavioral and neuroimaging studies with a focus on major depression andcontributing clinical expertise to interrater reliability and training.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Performs diagnosticassessments using structured clinical interviews (e.g. Structured ClinicalInterview for DSM Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression) and other behavioralrating tools for studies on depression anxiety and stressrelated disorders
2. Regularly trains andoversees the work of others in clinical procedures consults on interraterreliability and training.
3. Interact withpatients/subjects with regard to study including patient education proceduralinstruction followup. May serve as aliaison between patient and physician.
4. Responsible for overseeingthe process of clinical diagnostic data collection. Ensures integrity of patient data.
5. Responsible for thecoordination and implementation of clinical procedures at one or multiplesites.
6. On a daily basis executesthe procedural managerial and policy decisions associated with clinicalaspects of the study.
7. Implements and maintainsquality assurance procedures and systems.
8. Participates in alldecisions made for the study and the formulation of policies andprocedures. Identifies modificationsneeded and works to implement solutions.
9. Directly responds toinquiries regarding the study protocol and policy. Serves as a liaison to internal and externalpopulation.
10. Performs all other duties asassigned.
