We have an exciting new opportunity for an AdvancedPractice RN with Prescriptive Authority to participate in Population HealthManagement. Working side by side with primary care physicians and under thedirect supervision of a board certified psychiatrist you will providepsychopharmacology evaluation and treatment for an assigned group of patientsin a contracted large Partners Medical group practice in the Merrimack Valley.
TheAdvanced Practice Nurse has clinicalaccountability/responsibility foran assigned group of patients under the direct supervision of a board eligibleor board certified psychiatrist. Thescope of services consists of ongoing monitoring and followup of prescriptionsof pharmacotherapeutics for patients with psychiatric disorders. The services occur within the scope ofoverall practice by the Advanced Practice Nurse of evaluations diagnosis andtreatment of individuals with psychiatric disorders and under practice guidelines.

Masters degree from an accreditedschool of nursing.
Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse andNurse Practitioner.
Demonstrates verbal and writtencommunication skills. Ability to workcooperatively with others as part of a multdisciplinary team including primary care physicians.
One year nurse practitioner experience required.
American Nurses AssociationCertification as adult family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
