Job Description

Were looking for a talented Architect III to bring creativity technical expertise and leadership to our projects. In this role you will contribute to design development produce construction documents collaborate with teams and coordinate with consultants and clients. You should have a professional degree in Architecture 5 years of experience (interiors architecture projects preferred) proficiency in Revit and strong problemsolving skills. Common and Baseline Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of project complexity to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design and living design.
  • Develops creative and innovative design ideas concepts and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
  • Coordinatesdrawings for schematic design design development and construction documents.
  • Analyzes product research and identifies material selections.
  • Takes an active role in crafting client and nonclient design presentation sand prepares corresponding materials.
  • Implements a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects within the scope of scheduleand budgetin an organized timely and consistent way.
  • Reviewswork for accuracy omissions legibility and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
  • Supports growth of others.
  • Expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
  • Takes increasing ownership on tasks within project teams and studio activities.
  • Participates in design reviews charettes and pinups.
  • Keeps open and proactive communication with all and is inspiring within team and designated team leader.
  • Coordinates effectivelywith partners and consultants.

  • Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty BREEAM AP WELL AP SITES AP Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
  • Bachelors degree in architecture or related discipline required

Salary Range Information
