Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced technical project manager to manage ourproduct development in India. As a key member of our leadership team you willbe responsible for managing the delivery of our product development andsupport ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This rolerequires strong project management skills excellent communication abilitiesand a deep understanding of software development processes with SAAS products.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple teams working on different projects ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Gather analyze and translate business requirements into detailed project specifications.
- Implement and uphold Agile methodologies facilitating regular standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Prepare project costing budgeting and estimation.
- Create and maintain project scorecards for management.
- Technical Expertise:
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and best practices for the development team.
- Possess strong experience with .Net Core development Microsoft Azure and Agile methodologies.
- Have a solid understanding of relational database design and construction including SQL and stored procedures.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership mentoring and training to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Responsible for hiring training and coaching new team members in collaboration with HR.
- Identify track and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Analyze and report regularly to senior management on project progress risks and issues.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment between different teams and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the improvement and development of the organizations project management framework and processes.
- Promote best practices and advocate for continuous process enhancements.
- External Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring their deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Oversee outcomes related to UI/UX website development and compliance initiatives.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards ensuring compliance through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and security standards are met.
- CrossFunctional Management:
- Coordinate and manage various functions such as HR Business Analysis Quality Assurance Development and Support to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Alignteam efforts with organizational goals ensuring all departments workcohesively towards common objectives.
Requirements
Educationand Experience:
Experience:
- 6 to 10 years of project management experience in a SaaS or software development environment.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and deliver complex projects on time.
Qualifications:
- Project management certification (PMP PMIACP or equivalent).
- SCRUM Master certification preferred.
TechnicalSkills:
- Proficiency in projectmanagement tools (Zoho Project Zoho Sprint or similar).
- Experience with .NetCore Microsoft Azure and SQL.
AdditionalSkills:
- Strong strategicplanning resource management and risk management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
