Job Description
Are you a people person Do you like helping others Were looking for people who are friendly and kindhearted to work with the people we support. Saratoga Bridges is the Arc in Saratoga County. We support adults with developmental disabilities. Truly the best part of this job is the relationships you build with the people you are working with. Come be a difference maker at Saratoga Bridges.
In day services people work on goals in and outside the building. Youll also get to lead games and group activities. You may be with a group volunteering at places such as Meals on Wheels the library or the local fire house. Maybe youll work with a group preparing for a play performance or an art show. Perhaps youll be taking a group to Saratoga Senior center to help on a project there. Wherever the day takes you youre sure to have some fun.
Our base pay is $19.00 an hour. We have great benefits including heath vision dental insurance life insurance vacation time sick time and holiday time. We provide paid training to all staff. If you have no experience but love people or youve been a CNA HHA or PCA we welcome you.
