Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Faridabad Gurugram Ghaziabad
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Product: Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Drive sales and business development for HL and LAP products.

Manage and lead the branch team including training and performance monitoring.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
-
Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
-
Ensure risk management and compliance standards are met for loan processing.

Generate regular reports on branch performance and sales.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in branch management and financial products (HL/LAP).

Strong leadership communication and sales skills.
-
Knowledge of the Home Loan and LAP market.
-
Proficient in MS Office and financial tools.
-
A degree in Business Finance or related field.
