Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and driven Management Trainees Sales to join our growing team. This role offers handson training in realworld sales environments and is ideal for fresh graduates or finalyear students looking to quickstart a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand market presence for an emerging brand
Generate leads through prospecting cold calling and client visits
Manage the endtoend sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
Create and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain detailed records of client interactions deals and followups
Participate in regular sales meetings reviews and planning sessions
Ensure timely payment collection as per company credit norms
Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
Uphold brand integrity and compliance in all sales activities
Requirements
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed BBA B BA or MBA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic selfmotivated and eager to learn
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
Fluency in Kannada is preferred

Remuneration & Growth Path:
Monthly Stipend: 12000 Performance Bonus
After 12 months of successful training promotion to Sales Associate with revised salary of 18000 per month and additional performance incentives
Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production role (solar industry preferred) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean production, and 5S practices Familiarity with solar panel/module manufacturing machinery is an added advantage. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production tracking software, etc.
