Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Development Rubber Material Process Engineer to join our innovative team in San Luis Potosi Mexico. In this role you will be responsible for supporting hose activities by developing and optimizing rubber material processes for product development ensuring highquality outcomes and efficient manufacturing procedures.
- Lead the industrialization and optimization of rubber material processes for new and existing hoses products
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate rubber material requirements into product designs
- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate and industrialize rubber material properties and performance
- Develop and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures and technical reports
- Troubleshoot processrelated issues and implement effective solutions
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in rubber material technology and processing techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in rubber material processing
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Materials Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Preferred experience in rubber material process engineering preferably in a product development or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of rubber material properties polymer science and processing techniques
- Streong problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
- Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation skills
- Experience with product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to rubber material processing
- Demonstrated track record of process improvements and innovation in rubber material applications
