Fairmont St Andrews is seeking a dynamic Beverage Operations Manager whose demonstrated leadership skills will enhance the reputation quality and performance of Kittocks Den and Zephyr Sports Bar.
Reporting to the Director of F&B this position will be responsible for the effective and efficient daytoday operation of the two Outlets.
A little more about what you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for hiring scheduling and monitoring Bartenders and F&B Servers
- To develop and enhance Fairmont service standards through disciplined administration of departmental Standard Operating Procedures and excellent attention to detail.
- To enhance the leadership skills of the additional leaders in Kittocks Den and Zephyr Sports Bar
- To ensure effective working relationships and clear communications are maintained with all colleagues and leaders in the outlet and other departments.
- To attend to all guest requests being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the bar at all times during service.
- Help to ensure the smooth running of all guests requirements and needs on each table.
- To prepare staff rotas in accordance to budget guidelines of wage cost and Productivity.
- Adhere to liquor laws and regulations.
- This position will require a hands on approach providing coaching and guidance to all colleagues within your department
