Qualifications for Homemaker / Personal Care Caregivers:
- Have at least one year of verifiable work experience preferably in a healthcare related field (but not required).
Job Responsibilities for Homemakers:
- Perform light homemaking assistance including help with personal laundry meal preparation and food shopping.
- Provide companionship
- Assist with maintenance of a safe physical environment
Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Caregivers (PostTraining):
- Activities of daily living
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
