About the Role:
Are you passionate about quality assurance and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and regulated industry Procter & Gamble is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our External Supply Solutions (ESS) team within the Oral Care division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with external partners ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the site QA leader for assigned contract manufacturing and packaging sites.
- Monitor and track quality incidents ensuring compliance with regulatory standards site SOPs and P&G quality expectations.
- Coordinate with various teams on project launches ongoing quality improvement initiatives and quality action items.
- Review and approve technical documentation including validation work and specifications.
- Serve as a quality liaison between P&G and external sites driving quality improvements and compliance.
- Participate in regular meetings and coordination efforts to ensure seamless quality management.
Job Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years in a quality assurance role preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals medical devices or consumer goods.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Quality Management). Candidates with a strong quality background from work experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with process qualification material qualification verification and validation work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively negotiate and communicate quality requirements.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Microbiology Background: Experience or education in microbiology is a plus especially for managing microsceptible goods.
- Regulatory Experience: Previous experience in regulatory roles can be beneficial.
- Leadership: Experience managing or leading a team is advantageous.

Pay Range: $86000 $105000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location role degree/credentials relevant skills and level of experience.
