Architectural Project Manager
Location: Maitland Florida
Salary Range: $100000 $130000
Luxus Build is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who has advanced their career from design to Project Architect and now to Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3 to 4 architectural projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Oversee project teams coordinating with clients consultants and contractors throughout all phases of design and construction.
- Provide leadership in the preparation of design development and construction documents using Revit software.
- Monitor project progress address issues proactively and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Participate in client meetings presentations and project reviews.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards and company practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in architecture with a demonstrated progression from design to project management.
- Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors:
- Entertainment
- Hospitality
- Theme Parks
- Retail
- Food Services
- MixedUse Developments
- Proficiency in Revit software is required.
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
