We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our S/4HANA Public Cloud Practice driving growth innovation and successful implementation of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud systems SAP RISE/GROW with S/4HANA and a strong understanding of enterprise cloud solutions. This leadership role requires strategic vision technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to guide the practice toward excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction. Practice Leadership: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the S/4HANA Public Cloud practice. Build mentor and lead a highperforming team of SAP consultants and engineers. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions within the organization. Project Delivery & Client Engagement: Oversee endtoend implementation and support of S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions for global clients. Ensure adherence to best practices methodologies and SAP guidelines including RISE with SAP editions 2SL 3SL HMC). Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative solutions using SAP Public Cloud capabilities. Establish and maintain strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on ECC to S/4HANA migration SAP HANA installation and cloudbased provisioning across infrastructures like Azure GCP and SAP Cloud. Oversee SAP BTP configurations including subaccounts HANA Cloud instance deployment and integration with SAP GTS. Drive adoption of SAP Fiori and other user experience tools by configuring and optimizing for client environments. Ensure robust client administration backups refresh activities and high availability (HA/DR) configurations. Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. Conduct workshops demos and presentations for potential clients to showcase expertise. Stay updated on market trends innovations and competitive offerings to ensure the practice remains ahead of the curve. Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training materials to upskill internal teams and client stakeholders. Contribute to knowledge repositories whitepapers and case studies to enhance organizational expertise.
