Job Description
CNC Lathe Machinist
Hours: 4 days/10hour shifts (start on Sunday night: 7:30pm6am)
Cincinnati OH
CD
Responsibilities:
Set fixtures and tooling to operate CNC machining center primarily Mazak machines
Machine part from blueprint and programmers setup sheet
Work with complex to simple parts involving all types of materials
Work with close tolerance and adjust machine or program
Check parts and record required data on quality checklist when applicable
Responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing practices
Must keep work area safe and clean
Requirements:
Must have 5 years machine experience
Experience with Mazatrol Fusion and Matrix controls w/conversation programming
Able to edit programming at the machine
Experience with Mazak/Integrex machines is a plus
Ability to program part from blueprint is a plus
