- We are hiring immediately for a RETAIL DINING ASSISTANT MANAGERposition.

- Details: The retail dining assistant manager will assist with managing4 smaller retail locations on campus.
- Requirement: Some retail/dining experience preferably in fast casual fast food cstore or quick service restaurant environment
- Reports to: Retail Manager

Job Summary
Summary: As a Retail Manager IV you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager or Director in the overall success of the operation. This includes adhering to the clients culture and guidelines the Health Departments regulations and companys standards & policies. This position also motivates trains develops and directs all employees to accomplish the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers and client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the daytoday service of the operation.
- Leads and trains frontline associates to provide scheduled retail services.
- Completes all daily weekly or monthly reports.
- Implements and maintains cash handling to eliminate theft of services or company funds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail operational supervisory or lead experience.
- Experience in restaurants hotels corporate dining education military health care and/or related food service operations.
- Retail marketing experience is preferred.
- Experience with cash retail operations.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and internet.
- Associates degree is preferred.
