- Job Description: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer Job Location: India Work Mode: Hybrid Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to support a Managed Services Engagement. This role involves designing developing and optimizing customer journeys data models audience segmentation and omnichannel activation using AEP and AJO. The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer engagement improve personalization strategies and ensure seamless data integration across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities AEP & AJO Solution Development Design and implement AEP data models datasets schemas and identities to support customer journey orchestration. Develop configure and manage journeys in AJO including events triggers conditions and action flows. Enable realtime customer segmentation and audience activation across multiple marketing channels. Optimize data ingestion transformation and profile enrichment within AEP. Data Management & Integration Ensure proper identity resolution and data mapping across various customer data sources. Validate data accuracy and apply quality rules to maintain a clean and unified customer profile. Implement eventbased and realtime data streaming solutions to power journey orchestration. Journey Personalization & OmniChannel Activation Design and deploy personalized customer journeys using AJO across channels such as email SMS push notifications and web. Implement A/B testing and journey optimization strategies to improve campaign performance. Configure and manage email templates IP warming and subdomain delegation within AJO. Enable crosschannel journey orchestration to deliver a unified customer experience. Troubleshooting & Optimization Diagnose and resolve data synchronization journey orchestration and integration issues. Optimize AEP and AJO workflows for performance scalability and efficiency. Implement best practices for data governance privacy compliance (GDPR CCPA) and security standards. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with developers marketers and data teams to align journey strategies with business objectives. Document best practices for journey orchestration audience segmentation and realtime personalization. Provide training and knowledgesharing sessions on AEP and AJO functionalities. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 47 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) development. Strong expertise in journey orchestration realtime audience segmentation and omnichannel personalization. Handson experience with AEP Data Modeling Identity Resolution and Profile Enrichment. Proficiency in eventbased journey triggers data ingestion and realtime customer activation. Experience with AEP APIs WebSDK and data integration workflows. Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies including subdomain delegation and IP warming. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Adobe Analytics Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe RealTime CDP. Experience in realtime event processing and journey automation. Knowledge of serverside tracking and data governance best practices. Exposure to cloudbased data processing and APIbased marketing automation. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional and fastpaced environment.
