Core Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to internet live chat and phone inquiries using phone email and text messages to schedule sales appointments.
  • Record daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not yet ready to commit to an appointment.
  • Convert website visitors into customers by understanding their needs and preferences and matching them with the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle.
  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings optional packages and advanced technology to provide expert vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
  • Assist customers with completing sales and financing paperwork.
  • Ensure a smooth delivery of sold vehicles to customers.

DesiredQualifications and Experience:

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but we will train the right person!
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday Friday from 8AM to 8PM and Saturday from 8AM to 7PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
