Overview
Our Program and Construction Management division has an need for a Construction Project Manager to oversee a large building renovation and site work project located in Montauk Long Island.

Recently Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger more efficient and costeffective team to serve clients. LiRoHill is a 1100person firm with offices in NYC Long Island Buffalo Rochester Boston and Metro Park NJ.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Preconstruction efforts in design
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors consultants inspectors and vendors to complete each project on time
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project
- Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling safety and quality
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship
- Communicate directly with the client
- Provide technical evaluations advice and guidance
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
- 1015 years of successful construction project management experience
- Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling safety and quality
- Building experience a must; parks experience a big
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation: Minimum: $150000; Maximum: $180000.The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
