Job Description
The Office Coordinator III position resides in the Undergraduate Admissions Office and supports specific functions of the Student Relationship Management division as well as daily management of main admissions email account and phone line. The Office Coordinator provides support for student recruitment and response to inquiry source (prospective students parents high school personnel etc. in a courteous and professional manner by disseminating accurate information regarding Syracuse Universitys undergraduate admissions process academic programs services and activities.

Responsibilities
Management of Office of Admissions email account to ensure timely responses. Manage phone coverage for incoming calls to Office of Admissions main line. Record and maintain expense and budget records for Student Relationship Management division. Draft and provide important information and notes from Office of Admissions staff meetings to distribute to staff. Assist with proofreading outgoing electronic communications from the Office of Admissions including email messages print materials and admissions decision notification. Partner with Director of Student Relationship Management division and materials warehouse to manage inventory of admissions publications and office supplies.
