Job Description
Are you an experienced massage therapist with a passion for teaching Do you want to share your knowledge and skills with aspiring therapists Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Massage Therapist Instructor to join our team here at Fort Wayne Massage Institute!
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on massage therapy techniques anatomy physiology and client care.
- Provide handson instruction in various massage techniques ensuring students gain practical experience.
- Mentor and support students throughout their educational journey from classroom to clinical practice.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing and updating course materials.
- Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience required.
- Indepth knowledge of massage therapy techniques anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
