We are looking for an individual to spearhead growth. Someone who is growth oriented passionate about clean energy and has the ability to manage and run business as a profit centre would be an ideal candidate. As the Leader for Renewables consulting in India you will have the support of international teams of ICF to create a robust business in India and the neighbouring countries.
As An AD You Will Need To
- Be a trusted advisor for our clients by providing pragmatic advice based on defensible data and analysis
- Oversee and contribute to multiple projects that involve technical research client engagement subcontractor management and external stakeholder engagement including:
- Scoping and launching new projects
- Supporting primary and secondary research
- Supporting desktop and field investigations
- Fostering coalitionbuilding
- Supporting regulatory and policy reviews
- Develop and maintain budget forecasts across multiple projects
- Coordinate research with efforts from state programs and independent entities
- Ensure highquality deliverables including reports and presentations
- Business Development & Growth: Contribute to business development primarily from corporate sector/PSUs and other similar entities in India and South Asia
Skills And Requirements
- Education & Experience (required)*:
- Bachelors degree in electrical Mechanical Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial energy efficiency decarbonisation and NetZero required. Additional experience in DSM and MSMEs is preferred.
- Candidate must be a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) from Bureau of Energy Efficiency. Preference will be given to Accredited Energy Auditor (AEA)
- Consulting experience and mindset: comfort contributing to complex projects with a problemsolving orientation that prioritizes client needs
- Ability to learn and apply new skills across interdisciplinary fields including technology assessments engineering economics statistics and policy
- Project management
- Track record of managing project with corporate government and development organisations.
- Ability to collaborate well with people at all levels within an organization
- Great initiative creativity and curiosity; work well both on your own and as part of a team
