In 2024 Bloomhill Cancer Care became part of the Leukaemia Foundation providing support services from its integrative cancer care centre in Buderim to address the growing need for cancer care in regional Queensland. Bloomhill Cancer Care is a local Cancer Care facility established by the Sunshine Coast community for the Sunshine Coast community to provide care and support for people of all ages living with cancer.
Opportunity
Based out of the Bloomhill Cancer Care head office in Buderim the Operations Lead is a newly created fulltime permanent position responsible for optimising internal processes managing resources maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvements across the organisation. This role directly oversees the administration and volunteer functions while working closely with fellow senior leaders to implement strategies that enhance productivity reduce costs and meet business objectives.
This role will also play a key role in supporting the onsite General Manager and contributing to the broader leadership team and organisational strategy to ensue alignment to our vision mission and client experience.
